Description
The artist’s design for transmission tower includes the following scope:
- Conceptual design of the tower (or tower add-on components) equivalent to preliminary sketch plan stage with structural engineering input as required.
- Preliminary cost plan for tower fabrication.
- Final design of the tower (or tower add-on components) suitable for issue to fabricator to develop fabrication shop drawings. Final design to include structural engineering certification as relevant.
- The artist may be a nominated supplier to fabricate components of the tower depending on the final approved design of the tower.
- Artist’s review of fabrication shop drawings prior to fabrication commencement.
- Artist’s review of fabrication of tower (or tower add-on components) at 10%, 50% and 80% completion.
- Artist’s advice on installation process as required.
