The Capital Metro Agency requests Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations that have the relevant experience, capacity and capability to undertake the role of an independent certifier on the design and construction of a major rail or light rail project. The Independent Certifier Procurement will be undertaken as a two phase tender process. The first phase will require applicants to submit an EOI. EOI submissions will close at 2:00pm on 20th of August 2015. EOI submissions will be evaluated against the evaluation criteria set out in the REOI in order to shortlist Respondents who will be invited to submit a proposal during the Request for Proposal (RFP) stage. The RFP will close in mid November 2015. All enquiries in relation to this procurement to must be directed in writing to TendersACT.
