Description

The purpose of this Advance Tender notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.

The Territory will seek to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractors under a panel arrangement to provide high quality audio visual services for Events ACT. Services will include Stage and site production, sound, lighting and operators.

Although not mandatory the Territory would highly recommend that Contractors attend the Enlighten Festival which will be held in Canberra between Friday 28 February to Monday 9 March 2020.

The Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open tender opportunity.
