The Territory, represented by the Education Directorate, seeks to purchase approximately 9,500 fit for purpose Chromebook Devices (Devices) and associated warranty and maintenance services (the Goods and Services) to support implementation of the Territory’s Technology Enabled Learning Program (TEL Program).

The TEL Program addresses equity of access to technology across ACT public secondary schools by providing these students with access to a Device.  The TEL Program commenced in 2017, with 15,050 Devices purchased for distribution to secondary year 7-11 students in Term 1 2018.

This procurement supports implementation of the second and third years of the TEL Program, with the distribution of Devices to year 7 cohorts and year 7-12 students new to the ACT public secondary system.
