Description
The objective of this project is to adaptively re-use the former Greenway Fire & Rescue Station to a fit-for-purpose Ambulance Station. The successful tenderer will design to document readiness and construct the Greenway Ambulance Station.
This will be an adaptive reuse construction project to be completed in accordance with the approved Preliminary Sketch Plans (PSP) and associated reports.
