Description
The ACT Government intends to procure the SPIRE Project as an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process. A Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) process will be undertaken to gauge industry appetite for parties interested in undertaking the ECI role.
This REOI process will also be used to short list contractors who are invited to tender for the proposed contract. The industry briefing will outline the project scope, technical requirements and details of the ECI delivery model. Please note there are no submission requirements at this time.
The Territory does not guarantee this Notice of Upcoming Briefing will result in an open tender opportunity.
