The purpose of this Advance Tender Notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.

The Territory, represented by Justice and Community Safety Directorate, wishes to identify and engage a suitable and experienced organisation to supply, install and maintain a Bosch Security Escort System for the Alexander Maconochie Centre.

The high-level Scope includes:

1. Provision of Bosch Security Escort System including Planning, Design, Supply and Implementation
2. Provision of ongoing maintenance services including Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM) and Life Cycle Refresh (LCR) to the System and associated Infrastructure.

Please note, the Territory’s Secure Local Jobs Code will apply to organisations responding to this Request for Tender (RFT) process.

• All Tenderers must hold a valid Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate; and
• All tenderers must submit a valid Labour Relations, Training and Workplace Equity Plan at the time of tendering for this RFT.

The Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open tender opportunity.
