The purpose of this Advance Tender notice is to provide suppliers with advance notification of a procurement project that is in development by the Territory.

The Territory, represented by Venues Canberra, wishes to identify and engage one, or more, suitable organisations for the provision of Security Services for Territory owned entertainment venues.

The venues include: Manuka Oval, GIO Stadium, Stromlo Forest Park, and Exhibition Park in Canberra.

The services required will cover a range of security disciplines including:

1. electronic security surveillance, CCTV, and alarm monitoring;
2. physical security, event security, and patrols; and
3. customer service delivery, management of patrons and attendees, and traffic management.

Please note, the Territory’s Secure Local Jobs Code will apply to organisations responding to this Request for Tender (RFT) process.

All Tenderers must hold a valid Secure Local Jobs Code Certificate at the time of tendering for this RFT.

The Territory does not guarantee this Advance Tender Notice will result in an open tender opportunity.
