Tenders ACT Usability Survey    14 Aug, 2018

Thank you for taking the time to complete the Tenders ACT Usability Survey in May 2018. The team has reviewed your feedback and suggestions and are delighted to see such a high response rate of over 320 respondents.

Most of the responses were generally positive that the Tenders ACT system and team helps you achieve your business needs and objectives. We also received a number of useful suggestions, especially in the area of businesses locating relevant opportunities.

As a result of the feedback, we are investigating potential improvements to the keyword search function and the presentation of open and future tender opportunities. At this stage our intent is to rollout improvements to the Tenders ACT functionality at the end of September 2018. We will notify you prior to making these changes.
